Have questions about our team building exercises?

What is a day of POWERPLAY like?

We have lots of different corporate team building programs, so there is no “typical” day. It is, however, an active day, so we’ve thoughtfully designed our programs to let people decide on how much activity they feel comfortable with. Everyone will be fully involved and valued, no matter their role.

Can I see a sample agenda?

Here you go. But keep in mind that no two days of POWERPLAY
are alike (not even close), particularly because we can work with you to customize your team building day.

Sample Schedule: Morning Half-Day Program

9:00-9:30 Open and review of your POWERPLAY day with active energizers

9:30-11:30 Intensive problem solving initiatives

11:30-11:45 Break

11:45-12:45 Review first half of the team building exercises  and do more problem solving initiatives mixed with energizers that focus on key learning opportunities

12:45-1:00 Final debrief and closing

Sample Schedule: Afternoon Half-Day Program

11:00-12:15 Lunch and a review of your POWERPLAY day

12:30-2:30 Participating in team building exercises

2:45-3:15 Awards ceremony

3:15-4:00 Cocktails to celebrate the day

How should I choose our programs?

We can work with you to consider your team’s goals, interests, size, location and the desired duration of your programs.

Do all of your programs last for a half-day?

Most programs do but we’re flexible. Once we figure out what your program should be, we’ll decide how long it should take. Our goal is to deliver the most effective corporate team building program possible. (Longer isn’t always better.)

Morning? Afternoon? A little of both?

Either. Again, let us know your thoughts and we’ll plan your day.

Where do POWERPLAY programs take place?

We can conduct them at your company or anywhere else, including hotel meeting rooms and convention centers and cruise ships.

What should my team wear?

Remember, the day will be moderately active. Your team should wear comfortable clothes such as shorts or jeans and T-shirts.  Prepare for the weather if your team building activities  are outdoors.

What should they bring with them?

The less the better. It’s a good idea to leave briefcases and laptops at home.  One important exception is medication, which team members can take during a break.

When do we eat?
We let you decide. Let us know your plan and we’ll integrate it into your day.
